Clear and compliant
In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the only payments we ask of tenants are those permitted by law — your rent, a refundable tenancy deposit (capped at five weeks' rent), a refundable holding deposit (capped at one week's rent), and charges only where the law allows, such as late rent or replacement keys.
Your deposit is always registered with a government-approved protection scheme, and you'll receive confirmation of where it's held.
